Under the “Statistics” tab, you will find information about your pending revenues.
The pending revenue field shows three separate totals:
- Earned: The confirmed amount earned from your services.
- Referral: The confirmed amount earned from the referral program.
- Newsfeed: The confirmed amount earned from your fans' subscriptions.
Under "Best customers", you can review your customers' purchase histories. You can see who purchased which services and for what amount. You can initiate a new chat with a prior customer (free of charge for you and for them) at any point to re-engage with them. This behaves like any other chat that you can close at any time.
