In the Chat tab are the services you bought from influencers. Dark blue ones are updated chats, and light blue ones are newsfeed you subscribe to. You see the name of the service, the influencer you are talking with and the date of the last exchange.
If you click on a chat, you will talk directly to your influencer! You can exchange files, audio, pictures and videos. When the service is finished, the influencer will close the chat, but it will still be visible to you.
You can see all the chats from previous services that
you bought. When a service is terminated by the influencer, you will not be able to send messages anymore.
If something went wrong in the process of delivering a service, you can report it and ask for a refund, or raise an issue to the one2one team. Try to sort out any issues directly with your influencer before triggering a report. Note that influencers have the same option of reporting a chat in case something went wrong. You (and the influencer) can report a service up to 7 days after it is closed.
